Furnishing Futures CIO provides furniture and interior decoration for women and children in North-East London who are fleeing abuse or living without furniture. Many are housed in social housing without any flooring, white goods or furniture. Furnishing Futures links up with the interiors industry to provide a sustainable solution to their surplus and at the same time supply the needs of their clients.
I just wanted to let you know that we have found a suitable warehouse for Furnishing Futures and will hopefully be signing the lease within the next week or so. In the meantime we have temporary access to the building so that we can move our donated furniture in.
